MEET THE FOUNDER: JESSE MULKEY
Driven by Family. Rooted in Southeast Louisiana. Lone Wolf Land Solutions is proudly owned and operated by Jesse Mulkey. Based in Amite, Louisiana, Jesse founded this operation to blend his deep passion for working outdoors with his commitment to providing his community with high-end, reliable site development. When he’s not behind the controls of a piece of heavy equipment or collaborating with local clients, Jesse is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting whitetail deer. Above all, he shares a deep love for boating and spending quality time out on the river with his wife, Hannah, and their two daughters, Charlie and Landry. Prior to launching Lone Wolf, Jesse spent the majority of his career working as a specialized safety technician across various regional chemical plants. While he valued his time ensuring industrial compliance, the demanding commutes and long shifts kept him away from his family more than he liked. He knew he wanted to build an independent, rugged business that served local property owners right here at home.
FORGED IN THE WAKE OF HISTORIC DESTRUCTION
On August 26, 2021, Hurricane Ida struck Southeast Louisiana, leaving an unprecedented path of destruction. At daybreak, the exact moment the storm passed, Jesse went straight to work alongside his neighbors—firing up his chainsaw and tractor to remove fallen trees and debris to reopen blocked local roads. Seeing his work ethic and machine capability, a family friend who owns an established land clearing operation invited Jesse to join the storm response. It was during the first grueling week of recovery work that Jesse purchased his very first skid steer to officially meet the demand. With nothing but a Wi-Fi hotspot card, a laptop, zero local grid electricity, and the total support of his family and friends, Jesse officially brought Lone Wolf Land Solutions to life in the wake of the second most destructive hurricane to ever make landfall in Louisiana history.
